Kyle inspected a house we will be purchasing. He was very professional and arrived on time with his drone to begin with the roof. Kyle was thorough and methodical and spent a total of two hours inspecting the house. He was patient when explaining everything he observed, which he did three times (to three different people). The inspection was on Friday, and we received the report (including a mold report) Sunday night. We highly recommend Kyle and Rosewood Home & Property.

Kyle is an incredible inspector. Not only is he thorough and knowledgeable at his job, he also becomes part of your team in your home buying journey. Our inspection showed some work we needed the seller to complete before closing and Kyle handled the situation professionally and as a true partner to me in what could have been a really tricky situation. I could not recommend him and his company more if you are buying property in the Sacramento area!

Great all around! The secretary was very friendly and got me an appointment quickly. The inspector himself, Kyle, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, caring, and personable. He was very thorough and willing to spend as much time needed to get the job done correctly. I’ve built a good number of houses and dealt with a handful of inspectors and this was by far the best.
